History
Quisenberry Arcari Architects was founded in 1994 by David Quisenberry and located in Marlborough, Connecticut. Initially called Paragon Design, the firm provided architecture and construction management to residential clients. The goal was to provide complete services from initial design and site selection to completed construction. In 1999, the firm relocated to Farmington and divided into two separate firms. DQRA continued to provide high quality architectural services to a variety of client types, while the construction services were split off into Clermont Construction Corporation. The new structure enabled the firm to provide complete services to certain client types, but positioned the companies to pursue and accomplish a wider variety of projects. In 2002, Tom Arcari joined the firm as a partner and the name changed to Quisenberry Arcari Architects, LLC. With the addition of Mr. Arcari, the project capabilities continued to expand. Since this change, we have provided services to clients ranging from individual homeowners to cities and towns. In 2005 the firm has expanded its design-build offerings by absorbing the capabilities of Clermont Construction under one company. We now provide full construction services for both residential and commercial clients.
