Tom Arcari received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams College in Bristol, Rhode Island. He is a licensed architect in Connecticut & Massachusetts. His professional career began at Kaestle Boos Associates in New Britain, Connecticut. Later in his career, he worked at Jacunski Humes and Amenta Emma. At these firms, he was the project architect for a variety of municipal and commercial projects.
Mr. Arcari has developed a reputation for innovative design, while working within the budgetary constraints of the typical municipal project. The design team, assembled for each project, has many years experience dealing with issues related to municipal renovation and new construction projects.
