Feasibility Studies
Often an important component of our municipal projects, the feasibility study is a cost effective approach to laying the groundwork for a successful project. This service allows our clients to assess their needs, determine appropriate project budgets and obtain the necessary funding.
We examine many aspects of the proposed project including Site Selection, Programming, and Schematic Design. The result of this study is a document that guides the project forward through the final stages. This report is used to garner support for the project, and to answer the questions of critics. On rare occasions, we may determine that the project is not reasonable and that we should explore an alternative approach. It is certainly better to discover this early in the design process!
