David Quisenberry received a Master of Architecture degree with a focus on architectural engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed architect in Connecticut, New York & Massachusetts. His professional career began in Fairfield County, Connecticut with L.S. Eaton and Patterson Architects. Upon receiving his Master’s degree, he went to work for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in New York City and Chicago. While working at this internationally renowned firm, he was involved with an array of very large commercial projects as both an architect and as a structural engineer. Upon moving to the Hartford area in 1991, he worked for Krupnick & Maier and Kaestle Boos Associates. At these firms, he was project architect for a variety of commercial, federal and municipal projects.
Mr. Quisenberry’s years of work in both architecture and construction give him unique insight into utilizing standard building materials in creative applications. The designs he creates are praised by the construction trades for ease of assembly and true understanding of how the pieces must fit together in real world application. The result is projects of uncommon quality and attention to detail, all created without the “unlimited” budgets associated with projects of this type.
